Distinguish heating from PEMF
Infrared heating and a pulsed electromagnetic field option are different features. A supplier using both terms in a title does not confirm that every configuration includes both. Check the ordered specification and avoid treating an optional feature as standard.
Confirm size and electrical configuration
Full-length mats come in several sizes and power editions. Ask for the exact dimensions, power input and model instructions. A product intended for one country should not be assumed to work in another simply because a travel adapter fits.
Look at construction and care
The surface, edge, controller and cleaning instructions tell you how the equipment fits into a home. Treat claims about stones or energy separately from physical product details. Follow instructions and seek qualified advice when suitability is uncertain.
